A Hidden Gem with Excellent Service!
The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh pastries. Myra's warm welcome was a highlight. Make sure to dine in the conservatory-it's a wonderful spot to watch the canal boats!

The breakfast was good hot and adequate, the check in was easy. Airy room, a tub and a shower in the room. The location was incredible and fab for Skipton, just next door to canal and Skipton and restaurant.

A Cozy Getaway with Room for Improvement
The breakfast selection was good, and staff service was warm. The room felt outdated and lacked essential toiletries. Consider bringing your own bathroom amenities for added comfort during your stay.

It was really close to numerous attractions, the beautiful Baby Swan conservatory with the tables right next to the canal and restaurant for evening meal and breakfast facing the canal, excellent and wonderful location overall: )

Easy access to the towpath for walking along the canal. Smart TV with Netflix allowed for a chill morning, and the canal view added character to the room.
The décor felt dated, and the room showed signs of a leak with stains on the walls and carpet. Showering was a bit dodgy with a slippery floor and no mat. The plumbing noise during the night was a nuisance. On the fourth floor, the rooms definitely need some refurbishing to match the standard of the lower floors.

Everyone from the staff was pleasant. Our room was airy and welcoming, included with very comfy bed, a very large double shower and modern bathroom, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The breakfast in the dining area was warm and adequate to start your day.

The view of the canal from the dining room
Rendez vous looks like a large depository building, it is a good job they have signage to let you know it is a hotel. The rooms at the front of the hotel were very noisy, so always try to book the canalside rooms. The food was poor at the evening meal so we did not eat at the hotel except for breakfast, which was ok.

Just a good pick for a short weekend trip in Skipton with very good value for money. The coffee served at breakfast was nice, despite the machine being broken. Bring your own coffee if you need your daily fix.

The hotel room description from the start was incorrect, there was no sky television or dvd player in the room as advertised, the decor is dated throughout the hotel, throughout the night there was loud banging coming from the floor below. The hotel cleanliness is something to be desired. Overall not a good hotel experience.

If you like red plastic slashed and stitched sofas then this is the hotel for you a junior suite in there definition is a double bed and a sofa bed and a coffee table I class that as a family room and so do travel lodge and premier inn which are chic compared to this hotel
We moved rooms three times its shabby needs a good clean and the owner has put his own description on the rooms the bar is uncomfortable and has four red plastic sofas some stitched the coffee tables are large and so old and very shabby only good thing was the bus stop is right outside

Can't recommend highly enough for strolling
Spacious room, good breakfast, our room facing the canal provided a lovely view of ducks and boats, made our stay enjoyable, and the fitness centre with the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions.
